At Ashirbad Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering positive change in various sectors that impact society, with a focus on education, sustainable development, and community welfare. Our mission is to provide vocational and educational guidance and counseling, establish educational institutes, and offer professional and vocational courses that empower individuals to create better futures.
We are committed to addressing a wide range of pressing global issues. Our initiatives span areas such as hunger and food security, gender equality, income and livelihood creation. We actively work towards poverty alleviation, promoting health and nutrition, supporting slum development, and safeguarding the environment.

Our Activity

Our integrated approach that simultaneously addresses food, water, shelter, education, and livelihoods

Emergency Food Distribution

During and after floods, we set up emergency food distribution points to provide affected families with essential food supplies, such as ready-to-eat meals, rice, lentils, and canned goods.

Clothing Distribution

Many people lose their clothes and possessions during floods. We collect and distribute new or gently used clothing to those affected, especially focusing on children, women, and the elderly who are more vulnerable.

Temporary Shelters:

Set up relief camps for displaced families, where they can receive food, clothing, and other essential items like hygiene kits.

Medical Aid and Hygiene Kits

Along with food and clothes, we provide hygiene kits that include items such as soap, water purification tablets, sanitary pads, and basic medical supplies, ensuring flood survivors remain healthy and safe.

Warm Clothing Drive

Distribute blankets, sweaters, socks, scarves, and gloves to homeless individuals and poor families living in remote areas during the winter months, ensuring they stay warm.

Emergency Cold Weather Meals

Provide hot, nutritious meals to people who are homeless or struggling to meet their needs during the cold season.

By distributing food during covid, floods and cold weather, we help people prevent malnutrition, dehydration, and food insecurity, particularly among vulnerable groups like children, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses.

Improved Health and Well-being

Providing safe drinking water and sanitary conditions in the aftermath of floods reduces the spread of waterborne diseases. Distributing warm clothing and blankets during cold weather protects people from hypothermia, respiratory infections, and other cold-related illnesses.

During times of floods or extreme cold, we offer temporary shelters, safe zones, and access to basic needs like food and clothing. This gives people a sense of security and dignity during crisis situations, helping them survive and cope with the trauma.

Through clothing donations (for work or daily life) and providing food to impoverished families, we give people the tools they need to re-enter the workforce and continue providing for their families. Long-term support like helping them getting financial support form govt., training and education can also help people rebuild their lives after a disaster.

Distribution of educational materials, school uniforms, and food to children helps ensure that education is not interrupted, even in times of crisis. We try to support at our best level their families to provide meal and child a set of school clothes so that every child stay in school and don't dropping out.
